Reports To: Senior Management/General Manager
Location: Purulia, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Build a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
    • Design and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
  4. Learning and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
    • Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
  6. Policy and Compliance:
    • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

Administrative Management

  1. Oversee office administration functions, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
  2. Manage company assets, logistics, and travel arrangements for employees.
  3. Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  4. Handle documentation, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Proven experience in talent management and employee relations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
