Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Build a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
- Policy and Compliance:

- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Administrative Management
- Oversee office administration functions, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
- Manage company assets, logistics, and travel arrangements for employees.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent management and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
